Yes. Apple Health integration is opt-in and per-habit. When Health records a supported activity, the matching habit closes for you. It's off by default, works on-device, and you can turn it off anytime in Settings.

Programs are curated 7, 21, or 30-day arcs — structured paths when you want direction. Routines let you stack habits into Morning, Afternoon, or Evening blocks with a sequential progress bar through your day.
