How My Life Habit works.

A short, plain-language tour of every feature. No jargon, no edge cases — just what you need to start.

Getting started

Three screens, quietly simple.

Sign in with email, Google, or Apple. The app centers on three tabs — Today is what needs doing now, Habits is your full library, and Progress is your patterns over time.

  • Today — your daily check-in and mood
  • Habits — create, edit, and organize
  • Progress — heatmap, streaks, consistency
Today

Mark habits done your way.

Tap any habit to mark it complete. When you create a habit you pick the tracking style that fits — and you can change it anytime.

  • Checkbox — done or not done
  • Quantity — count toward a target (water, pages, sets)
  • Timer — track duration (meditation, focus, breathwork)
Mood check-in

A daily 1–5 pulse.

Log how you're feeling each day on a five-point scale, right from the Today tab. Reflection becomes part of the routine — and over time you'll notice which habits tend to align with the days you feel best.

Routines

Stack habits by time of day.

Group related habits into Morning, Afternoon, or Evening routines. A sequential progress bar shows how many are done; completing all of them lands a soft celebration. The goal is one decision — “it's morning, let's do this” — instead of many.

Programs

Follow a structured path.

When you want direction, pick a 7, 21, or 30-day program. Each day shows the habits to complete that day, and a day-by-day grid keeps you oriented. Add a short reflection note at the end of any day to capture how it landed.

Pause & skip

Rest without breaking your streak.

Real life intrudes. Long-press any habit to skip just today, or pause it for a stretch with an optional reason and duration. Your streak resumes where you left off — no penalty, no guilt.

Progress

Patterns over time, not a daily test.

The Progress tab shows the shape of your practice at a glance.

  • 12-week heatmap of every habit
  • Consistency percentage across all habits
  • Current streak and longest-ever streak
  • Monthly completion totals
Friends

Quiet accountability with a small circle.

Connect with friends through invite codes — no public profiles, no algorithm. A private leaderboard shows each friend's streak and consistency. Visibility is yours to control, per friend, and you can keep your progress private anytime.

Apple Health

Auto-complete supported habits.

Opt in once and choose habit-by-habit. When Apple Health records the activity (a walk, a workout, a mindful session), the matching habit closes for you. Off by default, on-device only, and easy to turn off anytime in Settings.

Account

Settings & sign-in.

Sign in with email, Google, or Apple. From Settings you can update your name and email, change your password, manage notifications, and delete your account. Deleting your account permanently removes your data within 30 days.
