Getting Started
Welcome to My Life Habit
When you first open the app, you'll see a welcome screen where you can either sign up for a new account or sign in if you're already a user.
Sign Up Options:
- ✉️ Email & Password: Create an account with your email address
- 🍎 Sign in with Apple: Quick setup using your Apple ID

Once you're signed in, you'll see the main interface with three tabs at the bottom: Today, My Habits, and Progress.
Creating Your First Habit
Creating a new habit is simple and customizable to fit your lifestyle. Here's how to get started:
📝 Step-by-Step Process
- 1. Tap the + icon at the top of the screen
- 2. Choose a name for your habit
- 3. Select a habit icon from our library
- 4. Set your habit frequency (daily, weekly, custom)
- 5. Configure reminder settings (optional)
- 6. Add any additional notes or details
- 7. Tap "Create" to save your habit

🎯 Customization Options:
- Frequency: Choose specific days of the week or daily habits
- Reminders: Set basic reminders to help you stay on track (smart reminders available with Premium)
- Icons: Personalize with icons (premium users get access to premium icon collections)
- Notes: Add context or motivation for your habit (3 notes/month free, unlimited with Premium)
Tracking Your Habits
The Today tab shows all habits scheduled for today based on your configured settings. For example, if a habit is set for every Wednesday, it will only appear in the Today view on Wednesdays.
Completing Habits
✅ Multiple Ways to Complete
- • Tap the check button on the right
- • Swipe right on the habit card
- • Both methods mark the habit as done for today
↩️ Undo & Pause
- • Tap Undo to unmark a completed habit
- • Tap Pause to temporarily stop tracking
- • Swipe left to remove a habit

🤖 AI-Powered Encouragement
At the top of the Today screen, you'll see personalized encouragement messages generated by AI based on your past habit completion status. These messages adapt to your progress and help keep you motivated throughout your journey.
Managing Your Habits
The My Habits tab is your central hub for viewing and organizing all the habits you've created, whether they're scheduled for today or not.

🔍 Search & Filter
Use the search bar to quickly find specific habits by name, or use filters to organize by category, frequency, or status.
✏️ Edit Habits
Tap any habit to edit its details, change frequency, update icons, or modify reminder settings at any time.
Understanding Your Progress
The Progress tab (also called "Insights") gives you powerful insights into your habit completion performance. Track your progress over different time periods with beautiful animated charts and identify which habits need more attention. The interface features a clean, modern design with smooth animations that make tracking your progress engaging and enjoyable.
Three View Options
📅 Daily Report
See today's completion rate, current streaks, and daily trends
📊 Weekly Report
Track your 7-day completion trend and weekly performance
📈 Monthly Report
View long-term patterns and monthly habit completion statistics

📊 What You'll See
- • Your Progress at a Glance - Weekly average and current streak displayed prominently
- • Animated Weekly Chart - Beautiful bar charts that animate on load, showing daily completion rates
- • Completion Summary - Total habits completed vs. total habits for the week
- • Daily Breakdown - See completion percentages for each day (Mon-Sun)
- • Color-Coded Performance - Green for excellent (80%+), orange for good (50-79%), red for needs improvement
- • Interactive Bars - Tap any day to see detailed completion information
- • Weekly Trend Indicator - Visual indicator showing if your performance is improving or declining
Account Settings
Tap the user icon at the top of the screen to access your account settings and preferences.

- • Change your display name

- • Enable/disable biometric login
- • View privacy policy
- • Review terms of service
- • Contact support
🚪 Account Actions
- • Sign out of the app
- • Restore purchases
- • Delete your account

⚠️ Account Deletion
When you delete your account, you'll be prompted to confirm your password (for email/password accounts). Once confirmed, all your data will be permanently removed from our servers, and you'll be signed out immediately. This action cannot be undone.
