Subscriptions are not yet live

My Life Habit is currently in its launch phase. Every feature is fully accessible at no cost. Subscription tiers (Annual, Monthly, Lifetime) will be introduced in a future update, and existing users will be notified before any changes.

How to cancel

All subscriptions will be managed through your device settings:

  • iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → My Life Habit → Cancel Subscription

How to request a refund

Refunds will be handled directly by Apple through their standard refund process. We cannot process refunds directly. To request a refund:

  • Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
  • Sign in with your Apple ID
  • Find your My Life Habit purchase
  • Select "Request a refund" and follow the instructions

Apple typically processes refund requests within 48 hours. For billing questions, contact us at support@nextstarai.com.

Notification Issues

Notifications Not Working

  • Check that notifications are enabled in your device settings
  • Make sure the app has notification permissions
  • Verify that "Do Not Disturb" mode is not blocking notifications
  • Try restarting the app or your device

Too Many Notifications

  • Adjust reminder frequency in habit settings
  • Set quiet hours to avoid notifications during sleep
  • Customize notification times for each habit

App Performance Issues

App Crashes or Freezes

  • Close and restart the app
  • Restart your device
  • Update to the latest version of the app
  • Check if you have enough storage space

Slow Loading

  • Check your internet connection
  • Close other apps to free up memory
  • Restart your device

Data Sync Issues

Data Not Syncing

  • Check your internet connection
  • Make sure you're signed in to your account
  • Try signing out and back in
  • Wait a few minutes for sync to complete

Lost Progress

  • Check if you're signed in to the correct account
  • Look for your data in the "All Habits" section
  • Contact support if data is permanently lost

Apple Health Integration

Habits Not Auto-Completing

  • Make sure Apple Health integration is enabled per habit in Settings
  • Confirm the matching activity (steps, exercise, mindful sessions, etc.) was recorded in Health
  • Auto-completion is read on demand — allow a few moments for sync
  • Check Settings → Apple Health Data Usage for current permissions

Turning Apple Health Off

  • Go to Settings → Apple Health Data Usage
  • Toggle off to immediately stop all reads and writes
  • Your existing habit data is unaffected

Can I use it on multiple devices?

Yes. My Life Habit syncs seamlessly across iOS devices with real-time updates. Your habits, progress, and settings are always up-to-date on all your devices.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use standard security practices to protect your data. Your habits are private and we don't share your personal information. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

What language is the app available in?

My Life Habit is currently available in English. Additional language support may be considered in future updates based on user feedback.

Is there a free version?

Yes — during the launch phase, every feature is fully accessible at no cost. No trial, no paywall. Subscription tiers (Annual, Monthly, Lifetime) will be introduced in a future update; existing users will be notified before any changes.

What are the system requirements?

iOS 15.0 or later, iPhone or iPad, at least 50 MB of free storage. Internet connection is required for account sync and backup; the app works offline for basic habit tracking.
