Each feature in My Life Habit is built around how you actually live — and designed to disappear when you aren't using it.
Every habit lets you pick the tracking style that fits the moment — a simple checkbox for the things you just want to remember, a quantity counter for what you measure, or a timer for what you sit with. One tap and you're back to your day.
Programs are short, curated arcs — 7, 21, or 30 days of small daily steps building toward something concrete. A clearer morning. Steadier meals. Deeper rest. You can pause without losing your place, and finish without a forced celebration.
Group your habits into Morning, Afternoon, or Evening routines and they appear together when it's time. A sequential progress bar shows your flow through the day — completion lands softly when you finish, without confetti you didn't ask for.
Step back and see the shape of your practice. A 12-week heatmap shows the days you tended your habits, your consistency percentage, your longest streak, and your monthly completions — the kind of summary that helps you understand what's actually working.
Connect with a few people who matter through invite codes — no public profiles, no discovery, no algorithm. A private leaderboard of streaks and consistency lives between you and your friends. Visibility is yours to control, per friend.
Optional auto-completion for supported habits — when Health records the activity, the matching habit closes for you. Off by default, opt-in per habit, on-device only. A clear summary shows exactly what's read.
Long-press any habit to pause (with reason and duration) or skip for the day. Rest doesn't break your streak — it resumes where you left off. Designed for the seasons of a real life.
Log how you're feeling each day on a 1–5 scale. Reflection becomes part of the routine, not a separate task. Over time, the days you feel best and the habits you tend start to line up.
Two habits, one view. Spot which one is gaining traction, which one has lapsed, and which days they tend together — without combing through separate timelines.
Pick a name, pick a tracking style, pick a cadence. Add a routine, an icon, and a reminder if you want. Skip anything you don't. The simplest creation flow we could make.
No public feed. No third-party tracking. No ads. We don't sell your data and we don't use it to train anything. Apple Health data, when enabled, is read on-device and never transmitted.
Every feature is fully accessible right now — no trial, no paywall. Subscription tiers will arrive in a future update, with notice.
