Pause & skip without penalty

Long-press any habit to pause (with reason and duration) or skip for the day. Rest doesn't break your streak — it resumes where you left off. Designed for the seasons of a real life.

Mood check-in

Log how you're feeling each day on a 1–5 scale. Reflection becomes part of the routine, not a separate task. Over time, the days you feel best and the habits you tend start to line up.
