Everything a writer needs to cover My Life Habit, in one place: the story, verified facts, screenshots and the app icon. Take what you need — no permission required.
The habit-tracking category runs on the streak: an unbroken chain you are shamed into protecting, which collapses to zero the first time you are ill, travelling, or simply having a bad week. It is the category’s default mechanic and its most-complained-about one.
My Life Habit inverts it. A habit scheduled Monday to Friday does not break at the weekend — the app knows the difference between you skipped and it was never due. A habit can be paused with its history intact. A missed day can be marked with a reason instead of a blank. The position, stated plainly: a habit tracker that forgives you.
It was built by one developer, after quitting every other tracker on exactly the day it mattered most.
Please don’t attribute user counts, download figures or ratings to us — the app is early and we make no social-proof claims.

Write to support@nextstarai.com. Interviews, review codes and questions about how the forgiving-streak logic actually works are all welcome — the developer answers these personally, usually within a day.
